variations

I also have the same picture, although a bit different. it's a variation and I also have lots of this view because, remember is one of my favourite places in Ávila.
Mine is a postcard and yours is to be framed. They all belong to a collection with a nice history.
Do you remember the small newsagent's_bookshop in el Grande? The owner was a great photographer and somebody who loved Ávila very much. He died in August after a long disease and trials for a cancer. His kids gathered all his photos and published them as postcards and posters in a last homage to their father.
I found it touching and loving. A real love story!

Today was too short

Have a walk in the sunny park, smell the flowers, hear the birds an the voices, watch the people, look for patterns an peculiar views...and the day will seem too short.
I hope you enjoy this and that your day was nice too.

Postcard

A good thought from Sevilla to one of the places I like and to its people. Greetings from Plaza de Espagna.
You are right, it´s a beautiful place! I woke up very early and had time for a walk. Still cannot use the room connection.
Got to go now. I´m very nervous!
Wish me "Bafta!".

Mountain Call

I found this and thought it might be a good Christmas gift for the blog. It's Maria Tanase's voice.

Fly high!

The balloon was in my park this afternoon. It was just for advertisement, but I'd like to turn it into a wish: may you all win all the contests you enroll into, conquer all the obstacles, fly as high as your dreams, plans and imagination can take you. "Ilusión", right? I like the word. The balloon is ready to go, the flame is lit. Fly!

Red box

I have got this Red Box with chocolates as a way to thank me for helping to write th Erasmus project for the school. I really appreciate it, I love chocolate. But, it was not necessary. I did it because I think the Vocational Training is good and needs promotion. Because all the students are equal and should have the same rights. Now, they can. So, how could I have refused?
Now, Bafta!
I firmly believe in cooperation among colleagues, among partners. Life would be easier if each of us shared our work and knowledge. It's a pity only a few people understand it.
It's time to tackle with teaching in a more global way.
